This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of original purchase.

What is Covered?

The 1-year limited warranty includes the following:

  • Electrical components: Defects in internal mechanisms such as circuits, wiring, and motor failures.
  • Appliances and electronics: Defects resulting in performance issues like malfunctioning displays or incorrect functionality.

What is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear: Minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic issues caused by regular use.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect: Including improper installation, accidents, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Alterations or modifications: Repairs or alterations made by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.
  • Damage from external factors: This includes fire, flooding, or natural disasters.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@lextra.shop with your order details, product description, and the nature of the defect. Attach photos or videos showing the defect, if possible.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or proof of purchase.
  3. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the defective product. If the same item is no longer available, we may offer a similar product or provide store credit equivalent to the value of the original item.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the defective product to us for warranty inspection. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping of the repaired or replaced product.

Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from lextra.shop. Third-party purchases from resellers or other platforms are not covered. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
